We're back home from Quilt Market, and we had a blast! Hubby went with me this year ~ and yes, even he had a good time...and I was really good and didn't post incessantly to the world that we were both away and that our little empty nest was actually sitting empty ~ which I think was pretty impressive restraint on my part :)
But now we're home, after making lots of new contacts, getting inspired to the point of overwhelmed, and spending/or committing to spending a pretty substantial amount of money over the next few months (so keep me and my little business in your prayers ~ or cross your fingers for me whatever your inclined to do, I'll take it).
So now, because I made the decision to not carry my big camera around all week, I'm trying to get the photos off my phone and sent to my computer ~ and of course for some reason my phone has decided to have an aneurism...
So in the meantime, instead of posting fun photos from Market, I'm unpacking. We came home with lots of great stuff (having another suitcase along that belongs to someone who packs light came in real handy, btw). And like in past years I thought it'd be fun to share the wealth ~ so let's have a Post Market Giveaway!
Leave a comment on this post and on Sunday, I'll randomly draw one winner to receive the bunch of goodies pictured above :)
...and hopefully by then I'll be able to access some of my photos...
Enjoy the day!
~ Dawn

My hubby goes to Quilt Odyssey in Hershey with me but I really think he's more interested in getting together with Steve during the day since he lives nearby....hmmmm. Good to hear about all the new contacts for Spring Water! :-)

It sounds like you had a great time at market. When I think about it why wouldn't you have a good time...all that inspiration and shopping. I'm enjoying your pictures.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day, Leanne.
Quilt Market is an experience! Glad you had a great time and fingers crossed and prayers for all your upcoming adventures.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a fabulous trip! I think our husbands are cut from similar cloth. I arrived home from several nights away to an analysis of a fabric purchase that arrived in my absence that concluded with the statement that "that one's your outlier-- it's redder than the others."
ReplyDeleteHubbies also haul quite a bit - you just have to keep feeding them! lol Glad you had fun! Faith.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a blast and enjoyed every minute of your trip. Looking forward to following your blog.
