Are You Ready for the Row by Row Experience Shop Hop?

...Well Summer is here and the Hop starts soon!  July 1st - September 2nd you can "shop hop" to as many participating shops as you like and collect the Free pattern for each shop's row.  This is our row ~ of course I had to go with a Spring time theme for Spring Water Designs :)

Just for fun Mary, Starlyn and I decided to each make our own versions of the row ~ I made my row (above) out of batiks and cottons...

Mary used wools, of course, for the applique in the center of her row, and then chose some reproduction cottons for the pieced blocks...

 ...and Starlyn chose to make her row with 1930's reproduction fabrics ~ so cute!

We'll have a little bundle of fat quarters available for purchase for each colorway so you can conveniently pick up the fabrics for your favorite version :)

Aaaand...each shop will be awarding a bundle of 25 fat quarters to the first customer who brings in a completed (quilted, bound, labeled) row quilt using patterns from at least 8 different shops. (And there may just be a bonus prize for that person if their finished quilt includes our Spring Water Designs row). Quilt challenge contest expires October 31, 2014.

Of course we'll have our personalized fabric license plate panel for everyone who is collecting them, and don't forget to purchase your SWD Shopping Tote kit so you can make it and receive 10% off of your regularly priced purchases for the rest of the year when you use it as your re-usable shopping tote!

***At our Studio Stitch-In at the shop on Thursday, June 26th we'll be demoing how to make the SWD Tote for anyone who wants to come for the Free Stitch-In day and make their tote with friends  ~ or work on anything else that you'd like that day as well )
