We Interupt this Busy Life for...A Turtle Rescue!

...Sometimes you just have to take time out in a busy weekend to rescue a little turtle spotted in the middle of the road...

 ...and bring him to a safe place by the pond :) 

 I'm giving thanks for some simple moments of pleasure captured on a pretty weekend afternoon :)

 ...I'm not so sure Butters was taking such pleasure though...

Good for you to rescue a turtle. I used to see them all the time in the middle of the road and always stopped if I could. Sadly, I don't see them often anymore. I think we've just done too much development and they don't stand much of a chance. If you still have that little guy Centennial Park around the lake might be a safe place for him - or maybe Elkhorn - haven't been over there for awhile.
