A Little Jo Show and Tell

We had a our little interim meeting of the Jo Morton Club day time group yesterday and a couple of ladies stopped by. Barbara Lanore brought her beautiful quilt that she made from mostly Jo Morton fabrics. It's from a pattern called Quiet Time from Miss Rosie's Quilt Co. The colors in this quilt are just so inviting.

The quilting was done by Maria O'Haver of Pangor Quilt Designs.

And we don't always show off our Jo projects, or even quilts, but sometimes just share what we have been working on. Diana Harper is making a sweater from this luscious yarn that she picked up on her trip to the ocean. I'm sorry I don't remember the information on the yarn, I just had to take a picture because it was just so yummy :)

We're going to be working on a project this fall out of Jo's latest book called Vintage Journey while we wait for Club 9 to begin around the first of the year. Some will also be working on past projects that didn't quite get finished, and of course there will always be show and tell! We're going to also put together a charm swap of Jo Morton fabrics that I'll open up to my blog readers too ~ more details on that soon (leave a comment or email me if you are interested in participating in a 5" charm swap of Jo Morton fabrics).

Enjoy the day!

Tell Barbara that I like her quilt! That's a good Miss Rosie design.
